[MusT] Steps to Success.. Hey there!!   I’m sorry, I didn’t post anything since a long time. Actually, I was a bit busy and couldn’t concentrate on writing. Let’s get into the topic now! All of us wants to be successful. Some people may have academic/professional goals, while others may have community goals or even relationship goals. But how many really work hard to achieve it? The answer is, “very few!”. Our goals might be different, but the way is same. To be successful, most importantly, one needs to have self-discipline. Self-discipline is not a very easy thing to master. One needs a lot of practise and determination to master it. Without self-discipline, no matter how much you convince your mind to complete a task, it will eventually gets attracted to short-time pleasures (if you don’t know what it is, kindly refer to my previous posts).          To avoid short time pleasures, see this before work : Hard work and determination is more important and far mo

You are the best!!

You are the best!! Hi! I’m sorry I couldn’t post anything for the last few days, as I was really very upset for a reason, and couldn’t concentrate on blogging, and every day I just asked Cortana to postpone my blogging session to the next day. When I realised that my brain is getting habituated to postpone my tasks, I fought with myself, and now, though I’m suffering from fever, I’m writing this! Let us get into the topic now. Whenever someone fails in achieving something, it may be getting good marks, a short term goal, etc. they get depressed, which is very natural. But, when a people fail multiple times in their aim, they label themselves as “Mediocre” or even less than that. They need to understand the reason why they do not succeed in a particular task. The reason is EXCUSES. When people do not succeed, they start applying excuses on their teachers/bosses, parents and even themselves. This is what that doesn’t let them LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES and not commit them in the

Is scoring good marks really important?

Is scoring good marks really important? Hello! You must have noticed the new look of my blog, I worked on it yesterday night, as I needed some extra space, I had to make these changes and that’s the reason I couldn’t make any new post yesterday. Let us get into the topic now. Everyone in life either want to get a job in a reputed company or start up a business and make it a success so that, they can earn lots and lots of money. Some people have the idea that exam results cannot decide their future. But, is it really so? In my last post, I had mentioned “Success cannot be achieved without intellect” and now, I’m saying “Intellect without knowledge is useless!”.   What do MAJORITY of the Indian teens, usually do? This is how their routine look like: 1. wake up, 2. Grab the phone and check out the messages, notifications from various social networks such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc., 3. Text their friends, 4. New notifications and messages arrives, they reply to th

Is being 'Cool' really very cool?

Is being 'Cool' really very 'cool'? I am really thankful to all of them who read my first post. The number of visitors was greater than my expectation. This encouraged me to write this post. Thanks for your support everyone! Now let’s get into the topic. What does the word ‘cool’ really mean? Well, we all know that it refers to “something at a fairly low temperature”, but what do modern teens usually mean by the term? Most of the teens who can be referred to as ‘cool’, will give the same answer, and that is “the quality of being fashionably attractive or impressive” so, can one achieve success only by being fashionably attractive? The answer is No! Success cannot be achieved without intellect. Imagine that you are in a class room, and you are stuck with a logical problem (a problem which requires intelligence to be applied in order to solve it), and you have two of your class mates sitting near you, one is a NERD and the other is COOL. The NERD is well dr

My Inspirations...

INSPIRATION… Hi, I am Anirban Roy. Welcome to my blog. I am an aspiring 14-year-old from India . Programming is my hobby. Let’s get into the topic now. It was 26-05-17 on the calendar and 00:30 on the clock, when I was completing my boring history homework and at the same time listening to some favourite songs of mine, at the same time, innumerable thoughts were playing in my head, thoughts about my aims in life, about my personal short-term aims, etc. Then, I closed my books and copies, opened my laptop and started writing this on MS Word. My biggest inspiration is my Dad . He was born in a lower-than middle class family in a small town named Payradanga. Their he received his education too. My grandparents couldn’t even afford his tuition fees. In the college days, dad had to do part time job in a saree shop in Chakdah to run the family. In spite of all these, he didn’t forget his dream, he worked hard and harder, and today, he is the owner of two hotels in Sikkim and the fou
